Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using T2D3 services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

T2D3 provides custom software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, cloud architecture, API development, and technical consulting. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement:

  • All code and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property upon full payment
  • T2D3 retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in development
  • You grant T2D3 permission to showcase the work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed upon

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit is required before work begins on most projects
  • Milestone payments may be structured throughout the project
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of protecting your business information. T2D3 agrees to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and any other sensitive information.

6. Warranties and Limitations

T2D3 warrants that:

  • Work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner
  • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
  • We will provide a reasonable warranty period for bug fixes after delivery

T2D3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Project Changes

Changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements after the initial agreement may affect the project cost and delivery date. Any significant changes will be documented in a change order and must be approved by both parties before implementation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. T2D3 will provide all completed work and documentation upon receiving final payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which T2D3 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
